Warranty & repairs?
We always strive to do the right thing, and get you back on the water! Steffen Brothers Fly Rods are warrantied to the registered original owner for life. Accidents or misuse are not covered under this warranty. However, if a mishap takes place resulting in a broken section, Steffen Brothers will repair or replace the part for a nominal fee. Every repair cost, includes a $75 store credit that you can apply towards a new fly rod purchase within 12-months! More details: LINK
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We do not cover customs, import duties, so you will be responsible for those fees on your side. When applicable, we can connect you to a local rep to save on some duty fees.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 6-8 business days to arrive. Pre-orders can typically take 4-8wks depending on the cue, and will be confirmed in your cart at checkout. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-18 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
